Will thinks the glee club desperately needs more of an edge, so he brings in his former
classmate, April Rhodes, to spice things up. Will’s plan seems to be going smoothly
until he realizes he may be losing a key member of the club.

1. Why do you think the writer’s decide to make the creepy guy that interviewed
Rachel look like such a dork? Would you think of him differently if he said the
things he said but had a better “look”? Why?
2. Why do you think that Emma (guidance councilor) does not want Will to contact
April Rhodes? What do you notice about her?

3. April decides to come back to school after many year. That is done in real life, as
well. Would you be able to come back to high school after 5 years of being out of
high school?
4. a. How do you feel about Finn and Rachel spending time together when Finn is
dating Quinn (plus thinking he is having her baby)?
b. At the end of the scene in the bowling alley, Finn has a look as he is hugging
Rachel. What do you think the real reason is that he is trying to get Rachel back
into Glee.
