JUNIOR / TRANSIT TEENS / TEENS THEATRE

CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT



1. At all times the students remain in the care of a parent / guardian or suitable adult before the session starts,

until the session Director or Tutor has arrived at the Theatre to take responsibility for the students. Exceptions

apply only if prior arrangements have been made with the relevant Director.



2. All sessions are closed to allow students to give undivided attention to the session unless otherwise indicated

by the individual director in a specific circumstance.



3. Students must be picked up promptly after the session has finished.



4. Students must stay within the Theatre premises during a Theatre session, unless accompanied by a suitable

adult.



5. Severe breaches of discipline will lead to expulsion of the student from the Junior/Transit Teen/Teen Theatre

by the Executive Committee of ZPAC Theatre, acting on advice of the Director.



6. The Director will phone a parent/guardian immediately to collect their student in the event of illness or

flagrant misbehaviour.



7. Any change of address or phone number must be advised to the Director immediately the change has taken

place to ensure the Theatre records are correct.



8. Parents/guardians are aware that on occasions Directors will use the students’ as well as the parents/guardians’

email or mobile phone numbers to disseminate Theatre information or for urgent messages in connection to

procedural matters such as changes in rehearsal times.



9. Each of the directors of the youth groups can be contacted directly by email to special addresses set up for that

purpose: zpacjuniors@gmail.com; zpactransitteens@gmail.com; zpacteens@gmail.com



10. If a student is unable to attend a scheduled session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, the

Parent/Guardian is to make every effort to advise the relevant Director by phoning the Theatre on our number

07 41241271 and leaving a message on the answering machine prior to commencement of the session.



11. Students are to responsibly follow the directions of the Directors and Tutors at all times, respect Theatre

property, and avoid misuse of Theatre props, lights, equipment etc.



12. Fees are to be paid at the beginning of Semester 1(Feb) by 17/2/2012 and Semester 2 (July) by 15/7/2012.

Students who have not paid fee will be excluded from the Theatre. In these instances parents will be contacted

to discuss non-payment of fees.



13. Fees can be paid by:

• placing the correct amount or a cheque in an envelope bearing the student’s name and Youth Theatre

Group

• paying using the theatre EFT Post machine

• Direct Debit into the Theatre’s Bendigo Bank Account: BSB 633000 Acc. No. 128587474 indicating

on the Reference for the deposit the initial of the group and the student’s full name eg J Amy Brown

(for Juniors) or TT John Green ( for Transit Teens) to assist our Treasurer to identify correctly the

payee. Please make a separate payment for each student if there are more than one in a family. Email

your payment details to the treasurer on zpactreasurer@hotmail.com.
