How to Use the
Snooper Booster (Yellow Board)
This is a good board for service technicians and service writers. Most managers will give a pull for up selling
tickets or add-on sales. Usually one pull for every so many dollars (such as 1 pull for every $100). It is always
an $85.00 payout plus the jackpot, the jackpot is determined by the department manager. The $85.00 is paid in
these payouts: 29 @ $1.00; 13 @ $2.00; 5 @ $3.00; 3 @ $5.00. Total of 50 pulls & $85.00.
1. Under each pull-off there is a $ value between $1.00 and $5.00 printed on the blue paper strip.
2. When a pull (or pulls) is made, the person writes their name on the corresponding line number.
3. When all of the pulls have been made, the total payout is $85.00 (plus the jackpot amount).
4. The department manager determines the jackpot value. It can be any amount they want to pay.
5. When all pulls are complete, the jackpot strip is pulled and will reveal a number between 1 & 50.
Whomever’s name is on that line wins the jackpot.
6. Since the dollar amount is printed on the blue paper, not on the board, it is suggested that when
a pull is made, the dollar amount paid out is written on the board for record purposes and also
to see what values have been pulled.

How to Use the
Creative Cash Board (White Board)
“Creative” is the key word. This is a great board for both service and sales. The service department can use
lower values and sales can use higher values since they are selling bigger tickets. In some cases. the values
can be changed every day according to the sales needs for the period!
1. Under each pull-off there is a letter. Either a “C”, “A”, “S”, or “H”.
2. The department manager determines the values of these, either for the whole board or daily.
3. There are 36 C’s, 9 A’s, 4 S’s and 1 H.
4. The values of each letter should increase as the odds get smaller, i.e. $2, $5, $10 & $25 or $25, $50,
$75 & $100, whatever the manager decides.
5. The department manager determines the jackpot value and the jackpot pull-off will have a number
of 1 to 50 like the Snooper Booster.
6. Since the letter is printed on the yellow paper tab, it is suggested that when a pull is made, the
letter and dollar amount paid is written on the board for record purposes and to see what letters
have been pulled.
