Professional Development Retreat
Sponsored by the Committee on Racial and Ethnic Diversity. The Retreat was designed for all associates and summer
associates of color, and featured a program entitled, “Making it Happen: Interactive Negotiations Training.” The
program culminated in a cocktail reception at the home of a Senior Counsel of color, which all attorneys and summer
associates of color, members of the Committee on Racial and Ethnic Diversity, and other special guests attended.
Following the reception, small groups dispersed for the Attorney and Summer Associate Supper Club to dine at one of
the fine restaurants in Boston.
