Overview Precious Metals Investments Ltd (PMI), when listed, will be the only listed Australian company focusing on investing in a range of pre-IPO projects in the precious metals industry globally. The Company intends to capitalize on the rapid growth of the stocks in the Precious Metals sector of the Australian Stock Exchange. Precious Metals Investments Ltd PMI was incorporated to capitalize on the lack of funding available to small precious metals resource opportunities. Primary Mission: selective participation in early-stage exploration and development projects with high return potential. Primary Strategy: to increase the gold and silver resource backing of each share on an annual basis. The Offering PMI will raise as much as $20 million AUD in a private round in order to establish the Company’s initial portfolio of gold and silver assets. The offering unit will be priced at $1.00 per Ordinary (Common) share this includes an Option (Warrant) exercisable at $1.50. The initial portfolio will consist of as many as 10 precious metal resource opportunities within the first 2 years of funding. Within approximately 7 days of closing the Company will initially list on the NSX (National Stock Exchange) and begin trading. Upon acquiring a base of 400 shareholders and investing 50% of their net proceeds, the Company will list its stock on the internationally recognized ASX (Australian Stock Exchange).
