ACCOMPLISHMENTS Product Design and Engineering: Developed hundreds of products
including automation testing machinery and systems, environmental testing systems, utility
management, and manufacturing machine/process upgrades for clients such as General Motors,
Ford, Chrysler, Eaton, TRW, GE, Caterpillar, Singer, Whirlpool, and Eaton.

steel/brass fabrication and production machining company. I managed a renovation of a 130,000
sq. ft. facility, relocation of 60 screw machines, 11 indexing machines, all personnel hiring, and
start-up operations. I Managed a Design & Build business of Automation and Testing Machinery
& Systems with 5 production plants, 220 employees, and up to 60 engineers. I have Computer
and Presentation Skills. I Started a Contract Engineering Group, a Repair & Calibration Lab, a
Circuit Board Plant, a Wire Harness Assembly Plant, and an Environmental Testing Lab with 29
chambers.
Finance and Sales Leadership: Lead a multi-discipline team to identify and negotiate a $46
million acquisition deal. I negotiated a 17% price increase with General Electric on a $3 million
per year sales contract. I Supervised 5 sales agents and 2 independent sales representatives
covering North America and Europe.
QUALIFICATIONS: Engineering and Technical Expertise: Electrical engineer with a
bachelor\'s degree from Purdue University. I designed, repaired, and instructed PLC controllers,
hydraulics, and pneumatics, as well as a wide range of mechanical, electrical and electronic
systems. Extensive facilities engineering knowledge of HVAC, sewage, lighting, fire protection,
water, and emergency procedures. I am experienced with systems and operation skills including
punch presses, shears, brakes, metal stamping machines, welding, coatings, plating, CNC, VMC,
CAM, EDM, grinding, and precision manufacturing processes. I am Experienced with cellular
manufacturing, Kaisen, TQM, JIT manufacturing, Kanban, 6-Sigma, ISO-9000,QS-9000,TS-
16949, ISO14001, lean & six sigma, PPAPsw, APQPs, auditing, robotics, vertical &
turning/centers, instruments and measurements
Training, Motivation, and Communication: Designed and taught a Maintenance Training
Program to 70 General Electric maintenance personnel. Administered CFR 1910 OSHA, Trained
others, performed audits, safety investigations, continuous improvements, EPA reports,
Hazardous Waste disposals, Safety Testing, etc. Seven years contributing to the Harvard
Business Bulletin. I authored a book on Electric Motors (TPC Publishing) and numerous articles
on manufacturing, engineering, and technical topics. I developed quality teams, production
teams, engineering teams, sales teams. I was an invited speaker at colleges, businesses, clubs,
trade-events, and seminars.
