The processing of collected documents is by far the most time consuming and expensive activity in the EDRM model. The language of processing itself – duplicates, near duplicates, de-duplication, de-NISTing, meta-data can be confusing to the in-experienced and the conduct of the processing can prove to be overwhelming to many. By using leading edge technology solutions, we are able to process the document sets locally at the client site or international sites and, if appropriate, in our own facility reducing both time and costs for clients. Our multi-lingual team of IT experts, eDiscovery consultants and lawyers provides English, French and Spanish support to the processing stage of eDiscovery to ensure that the context and content are analyzed across languages. In a non-disruptive manner to both network and business operations, our processing team is able to start the culling of data at the point of collection and then, with secondary culling, de-duplication and near deduplication, Ledjit can further reduce the target document sets, thereby saving the client significant costs in attorney review. The processed document sets remain intact in a forensically sound and secured file ready to be ingested directly into the leading review platforms. Fully scalable and operating system independent, we are able to target individual or multiple computers, PDAs and servers from a few megabytes to petabytes of data, preserving the critical file level metadata.
