In the past few months I have been seeing this topic raised again and again in the top

internet marketing forums. In today’s downturn economy and depressing economic

scenareo,more and more people are looking towards internet to generate some quick cash.



In many discussions posters had lost their jobs and were in need of some emergency cash

to pay their bills.While most people sympathized with them no one provided a solid

method to generate a four figure income to bail them out . So I decided to write this

The method I am going to tell you is the only method that can put a healthy four figure

income in a complete newbie's pocket within such a short period of time and then you

To run your own info product site ,first of all you need to get a domain name.You can do

so by going to a domain registrar.I personally use http://Namecheap.com for this

purpose.They are reliable and don’t interfere with your site un-necessarily .You can

register your domain for $8.81 at “Namecheap”(Normal price is $9.69 but type

“Namecheap coupon” in Google search and find a currently applicable coupon.This will

take 88 cents off).



http://Name.com is another good registrar.Here you register a .com domain for as little as

$5.



You should always include the name of your main keyword in your domain’s name.Like

if you are creating a product in dating niche ,a suitable name for your domain could be

http://InstantDatingSuccess.com .





Also it’s always better to select a domain with .com extension.It facilitates your visitors

in finding your site as well carries much more value than other extensions when you sell

your site.You shouldn’t include dashes within the name of your site.It makes very

difficult for your visitors to find your site.







Once you registered your domain ,go to Hostgator and choose a baby account(It supports

unlimited domains,so you wouldn’t need to pay extra in the case you want to host more

helpful in solving your difficulties. You can solve any of your difficulty via live chat or

Once you made the payment( a measly $0.01 for the first month),they’ll set up your

account within minutes.You’ll need to change the name servers to your host(They will

provide you the address of your name servers in the welcome e-mail.These name servers

looks something like “ns1234.hostgator.com” & “ns5678.hostgator.com”



Now go to your domain registrar and login to your account.Here you’ll see an option

called “Manage Domains”. Click on the name of your site.You’ll see an option called

“Transfer DNS to Webhost” in the left side menu.Click on that ,put the addresses of your

uploading the files to your server.You can do so by logging in to your cpanel.Upload the

files in the “public_html” folder.



Now you would like to create a one page mini site to start accepting the payments.I

Payment Processor Set Up:

Once you created a sales letter the next step is to set the Payment

processing.Here I would advise you to Use PayPal.There are a few reasons

behind using them:



i)They are extremely easy to use.A user can pay with his credit or debit

card,PayPal balance , bank balance or eCheck whatever he likes.



ii)They accept almost all the major credit cards.



iii)Their fees is very low (in comparison of other processors).

The PayPal button set up is extremely easy.Just follow the below mentioned

steps:

i)Open their site by going to http://PayPal.com .Click on the “Business” tab,you’ll see a

link named “Merchant Services” in the extreme left.









Move your cursor over that and you’ll see a drop down menu.Click on the

first link in that menu named “Website Payment Standard”

Now you’ll see a link in the left called “Create Payment Buttons”

Click on that link and you’ll see a page like below where you can enter the

name of your product,it’s price and your PayPal e-mail to receive the

payments.Once everything is entered,just hit the “create button”.It’ll present

you with the code which you have to paste on your sales page.



Just paste it at your sales copy and Upload everything to your server.Now

you are ready to sell your product and accept payment.



But don’t forget to notify PayPal before every product launch otherwise they

may freeze your account:What you have to do is to send a small message

saying that you are going to launch a product and they can expect a sudden

influx of payments to your account.This step is very crucial.More so in the

case when you don’t have a long selling history.

I have discussed some of the traffic generation methods above. You should try as many

as you can (obviously you have the time limit factor).



Now it's time to implement all these steps to generate some serious cash. Remember the

results depend on how you implement the techniques not on the theory so start taking

traffic-getting methods outlined in the coming chapters and you are in the game.There is

simply NO WAY you can fail with this method.It works in every profitable niche.It has

worked wonders for me and it’ll certainly do wonders to you.







Some of the people who ordered this guide have asked me if the PLR material is going to

work for them.My answer is a plain YES when you know how to use it.Most IM’ers are

using the PLR content wrong way.They simply don’t bother to change anything.They

upload the sales letter provided by the merchant and even don’t care to change the name

of the author .







You are not going to make a fortune with PLR in that way.What happens generally that

capable of putting more than $1000/day in my pocket.

Point to note:Most people who are doing video marketing are doing it wrong.When

you create a video,your focus should be on softly demonstrating the benefits of your

product than blatant promotion.Remember to end the video with a happy result(That your

product has solved the problem).Then let the call to action (Link to your sales page run

for 20-30 seconds.This will ensure that your prospects doesn’t get distracted due to a no.

of other videos appearing just after yours and have enough time to decide their next

action).That way you’ll be better able to connect with your audience and presell your

product.





One more thing.I would advise you to use a “video sales page” on your site.Videos have

proven to sell much better than text and you might be aware that more and more

marketers are now using a video sales page.You don’t have to do anything extra.Just

convert your text sales copy into video with the help of “Article Video Robot” and you

Note: I have been experimenting with two more “sneaky tricks” for

Craigslist Posting:

Craigslist and USfreeads are two classified sites which get big time traffic.Here once

again you would like to make bold promises.In these sites you can’t post very long

messages so try to make your advertisement as eye-catching as possible.Once again you

When you go for your first product launch,everything seems a little overwhelming.Don’t

worry it happens to everyone.I was also unsure of my success after creating my first

product.Your first product should work as the launch pad for future success.



Here you can follow any one of these two models:

best in achieving the short term goals.You can use this model for immediate cash

generation at any time.Never forget to use an autoresponder to collect the names and e-

mails of your customers(I strongly advise you to put a pop-up form at your site.



It has been proved that almost 80% of the sales happens in follow ups.You can do that by

offering a free report or a free leaked chapter from your report.Once you get the e-

mail,create a five day follow up sequence.If applied rightly,this may increase your

conversions 4-5 times).



Remember ,your list is going to prove the biggest factor in your future success.Without a

list ,you will need to generate traffic from scratch everytime you launches a new product

so give your utmost attention to listbuilding.If you don’t capture the names and e-mails of

your customers then you are going to LOOSE very HEAVILY in the long run.And more

thing ,just capturing e-mails is not enough.



You should build a healthy relationship with your subscribers by frequently offering them

FREE material like free reports or free articles(You can create so many of them from

your PLR article pack).



For quick listbuilding you may also apply the “$1 strategy”.This strategy envolves

building a list of proven buyers by offering your product for $1 and then making money

on the One Time Offer(OTO) and backend promotions.A list of 1,000 proven buyers

carries more value than a list of 10,000 dominated by freebie seekers.



Now come to the short term cash generation strategy. In this method you get incremental

revenue from every next product launch. Like you build a list of 500 proven buyers from

your first product launch. Then you quickly create a second related product and offer it to

your list as well drive more traffic by the above mentioned traffic-getting methods. So

your list swells to may be 1,000 subscribers during the second launch and you go on

adding more subscribers with every subsequent product launch.



It is a thumb rule in internet marketing that you typically generate $1 per month from

every subscriber on your list. So your income also swells with every subsequent product

launch and you start seeing those “FIVE figure in 24 hour” launches without any help

from JV partners and affiliates.That is not including the affiliate commissions you make

from the links embedded in your report as well as back end affiliate promotions.

2)Long term strategy to see those “Six figures in 24 hour”

If you are ambitious and willing to put in the required efforts then I would advise you to

swapping.I have not used this strategy very heavily yet but my JV partners have never

rejected my JV partner swap proposal.This is a win-2 for

everyone and this produces results better than any other swapping.Using this strategy you

can get hundreds of JV partners in no time.If everyone of them has a list of say 500 min.

imagine the leverage you’ll be getting for your next launches.



You should always combine listswapping with JV partner swapping.Once you get enough

no. of JV partner send them the proposal of an adswap(You’ll be sending a promotion to

your list by recommending the FREE product of your partner and he’ll do the same.Many

of your subscribers will happily trade their e-mail addresses in exchange of free product

and vice versa.In a typical listswapping you’ll add around 20-25% of your partner’s

subscribers.So if your partner has a list of say 1,000 you’ll be getting 200-250 more

subscribers in your list without any extra effort.Imagine about your list size after 100

such swaps.But remember,don’t go for overkill or your subscribers may start

unsubscribing.Only do adswaps with those who offer a FREE PRODUCT of some value.



These adswaps are becoming popular not only in the IM niche but in other niches

too.Worth of mouth promotion carries much more weight than any other form of

advertising and when your partners recommend your free product to their list ,it is likely

to get much more attention than blatant advertisement.Also this fosters a strong

relationship from the beginning as your new subscribers perceive you as a valuable

person due to their already existing relationship with your JV partners.



The third and last form of people leverage is JV giveaways.These giveaways are

increasingly becoming popular and are going to become the focal point of internet

marketing in coming years.Though giveaway events are still mainly restricted to IM

niche,Other niches are joining the fray quickly and you should try your best to participate

in every giveaway event.Marketers like Jason James have reported to add 100,000 new

subscribers in his list & $50,000 in OTO sales from a single giveaway event.

These giveaway event also present a great networking opportunity.You get to know about

the other marketers participating in the event ,being at the same platform fosters a feeling

of friendship and you get those much needed JV partners without much effort.You also

get the opportunity to get uofront cash from your OTOs as well as affiliate commissions

(The visitors you drive to the event have to sign up to the event organizer’s list in order to

get notified.After registering they see an OTO from the organizer and if they purchase

that you get commissions).



The one thing which separates great marketers from the average ones is their networking

capability as well as the willingness to innovate.If you dream about those six and seven

figure launches on your own then you are folling yourself because it’s a proven fact that

in any big launch almost 80-90% of the traffic and sales come from the JV partners and

affiliate’s efforts.



When you are start from scratch then you would require to generate some traffic on your

You should start building the prelaunch buzz at least 2 weeks before the actual

launch.Your JV partners will play a big role in this so remain in constant touch with

them(If you provide them with the exact messages they have to send during the prelaunch

and after the prelaunch,they will be many times more motivated to actively participate in

your launch.Make their job as easy as possible).



You may also like to provide your JV partners and affiliates with all sort of promotional

materials(Autoresponder follow up series, articles,promotional videos,re-brandable

reports,PPC ads,ezine ads,e-mail signatures,forum signatures etc).You should try to

reduce their workload as much as possible.Make their job as simple as copy-paste and

they’ll be more than willing to actively participate in your product launch.



Sneaky Trick To Get The GURUS Promoting Your Product:

This trick is now becoming increasingly popular in the internet marketing world.By

applying this technique ,you can increase the perceived value of your product multiple

times as well as get big guns in your niche promoting your product.

While going for a launch you may like to interview a guru(the more the better) in your

niche.This is very easy and no one is going to reject your proposal(Because they get

added exposure as well as publicity at no cost).Contact some influential people in your

niche and arrange an interview.



Record those interviews and add them to your product as bonuses.This way you’ll not

need to create(Or search for) the bonuses and it’ll increase the perceived value of your

product many time.This will save you huge amount of time and effort.



But the biggest benefit will come in the form of that GURU promoting your product.This

happens in almost every cases.Now you’ll get them to agree to promote your product

very easily because their name is associated with the product.To more such guys you

get ,the better it is for your launch.It’ll allow you to take the leverage of their lists of

hundreds of thousands of subscribers at no cost and will explode your revenue through

the roof.



During the prelaunch phase you would like to collect the name and e-mails of interested

visitors.To do this,you’ll have to install a squeeze page at your site and offer some freebie

like a free report or a free leaked chapter from your guide.

Recently one of my customer asked me that he has seen a squeeze page being promoted

during the prelaunch and then on then it convert into a sales page after the product goes

live.

He wanted to do this in his own product launch.

The solution is simple.Create a squeeze page and upload it in the “public_html” folder of

your site.Then rename it as “index.html”

Now your visitors will see this page when they type the name of your site during the

prelaunch.



When you want to make your product live,delete the squeeze page,upload the sales letter

in the “public_html” folder and rename it as “index.html”.Now your visitors will see your

cases. You can literally use the above template. I have found great success with this and I

am sure that you’ll too.



This kind of personal contact produces greater results than posting a general advice in

forums. You can find plenty of such posts in every forum and if you can present a

solution to their problems at a low cost, there should be no problem in getting the sales.



If you can somehow find the personal e-mails of the prospects then even better(You’ll get

the opportunity to close the deal in follow ups if it does not happen in the first

chance).But remember to mention where you saw their posts and discussions.



This same technique was responsible for generating me most of the sales

during my first launch. You may be wondering if it worthwhile to contact

someone personally.Yes,it is.You’ll find hundreds of such prospects at any

big forum in any niche. You can always use the “Template Message” given

above to contact such prospects. It also gives you the opportunity to build a

subscribers list even before the person buys your product which will prove

could have generated 5-10 times more revenue during my first launch if I had outsourced

and scaled up this work.



I didn’t use any other promotional method during my first launch but you should.I have

found over subsequent launches that Article marketing ,video marketing ,craigslist

posting as well as Yahoo! Answers also produce same great results .





When You go for article marketing and video marketing, story telling approach works

best.Create articles and videos describing how you were facing some deadly

problem,then you found that product and it solved your problem.But never try to

blatantly advertise your product.You can use the same method while promoting affiliate

products.









While reviewing your own product,you may like to use the sneaky “affiliate

recommendation” technique:

This method is simple.You create a review site(A simple blogger blog will also suffice)

where you review say 4-5 products in your niche and give your product the highest

rating.You shouldn’t sound like the product belongs to you.This is always a win-2

situation for you.First,it works much better than you promoting your product as a

merchant.Second,you get commission even though your visitors’ prefer your

competitors’ products over your’s.









While Posting on craigslist,You shold always make bold promises otherwise it will be

very difficult to get any attention among the heap of postings.While applying these above

mentioned methods,I would suggest you to go for outsourcing.If you are tight on

money,you can do all the work yourself in the beginning.But once you start seeing

profits,re-invest a part of it in your business.This will free up most of your time and

you’ll be able to concentrate more on other important points like finding JV partners and

building your list further.





So this is how I created and sold my first product.I was more bent on getting quick cash

then so I sold that site on “Sitepoint” for $6000.The price was enough but I could have

got more from the sale if I knew how to negotiate better.If you intend to sell your site for

Case Study No.2:

My success in the first launch provided me enough motivation to launch a second product

within one week of selling my first site.This product was in the same niche and was about

“how to strengthen your relationship so that your sweetheart never walks away from you”

.Again this was a short report and low priced.I secured some JV partners in the due

course while I was completing the product.I offered them 75% commissions. Though

there was 23 JV partners ,none of them had a list of more than 1,000 prospects and I am

not fully sure if all of them sent the promotions( I made the mistake of not providing any

promotional material to my partners.I also made the mistake of not including a One Time

Offer).Nevertheless I was satisfied with the results of launch. It generated more than

$4000 in pure profits in the first 24 hours.The net profits stood at about $14000 in 7

days.Then I again went after quick cash and sold the site for $21000.Now I feel that it

was my mistake.I could have got $50000-$60000 for that site(Refer to “Blog flipping

fool” report to avoid the mistakes and have a healthy deal while flipping your site).









Site Flipping:You would like to flip your site for up front cash if you are aiming at

short term income goal.While flipping your site you should aim at fetching 5-10 times the

monthly revenue generated by your site.In site flipping you may need to show your

earnings stats.Though revenue and traffic statistics have much importance in site

flipping ,you should not ignore the power of the “Auction Copy” .The “blog flipping

The Answer Is Simple And Fast: Go For Site Flipping

If you are concentrating on immediate gains or want fast cash then you should go for

website flipping.This is a hugely successful way to get immediate cash and it provides

you the freedom to enjoy your cash or go for your next project.



Though website flipping may seem very simple on the surface ,you’ll need to master it’s

intricacies in order to get the maximum value out of your efforts.I am telling this from

my own experience.



My first website which got me more than $2,800 in one week could have easily fetched

more than $20,000 while I hastily sold it for a measly $6,000.Your traffic and earnings

stats matter for sure but the thing which matters most is your negotiations skills and your

ability to convince your future customer that he’ll be easily able to make his money back

in a short period of time.



While selling your site you should ask for a minimum of 5 times the revenue your site

generated in a month. You can set the maximum at up to 15 times the monthly revenue.



One of my close friend once sold a brand new site for $150.It was generating

only $1/day in adsense income.So you must set your lowest bid at about 5

times the monthly revenue.



Below are some critical points which you must keep in mind while going for

site flipping (selling):



1)When you are creating sites especially for flipping purpose,you should avoid putting

hyphen in the domain name.



2)You should include the main keyword in your site name.Keep the name of your site

simple and easy to remember.Your prospective buyers expect a domain name which help

the site getting ranked well in the search engines.



3)Always try to use .com extention.If .com is not available then go for .org or .net.But

avoid using .info,.us or.me extentions.



4)List your site at http://Flippa.com (previously Sitepoint).This is the biggest marketplace

for buying and selling sites.Alternatively you can list your site at

The”buy,sell,trade” section of Digital Point forum.The URL is located at:

5)Set your starting point at least 5 times the monthly revenue.



6)Set your Reserve(It is a price which you have to sell at if someone bid for it) at a price

point around 10 times your monthly revenue.



7)Set your BIN(Buy it now) price at least 11-15 times your monthly revenue.If you want

to quickly sell it then go for lower and vice versa.



8)Set the length of your auction no longer than 7 days.



9)Start your auction preferably on Monday(Starting on the first working day will help

you quickly sell your site).



Below is the information you should stuff in to your Title and Subtitle:

1)Niche Market



2)Is the content as well as design unique?



3)Amount of the money you are making from the site(Highlight this point.Most buyers

concentrate on this point)



4)The Amount of daily or monthly traffic Or the conversion rate when you are selling a

product site(This is another very important point)



5)Does it have any PageRank or any other good statistics?



6)Is there anything else included?





While flipping website,focus on the revenue and traffic statistics of your site.The buyers

are mainly interested in the future income potential,convince them that they will be able

to recover their money in a very short period of time.



When you are selling your site just after one or two days of moneymaking,calculate the

monthly income based on the average daily revenue.Mention in your auction copy that

you have generated that revenue with very little amount of work and your buyer can earn

multiple times of that by slightly scaling up the traffic.As this is a product site you would

like to concentrate more on the conversion rates than on traffic statistics.



To Get The Maximum out of your site selling efforts,you would like to

create a killer auction copy.You can create a killer offer based on the sample

copy presented in the “Blog Flipping Fool” report.This template has worked

great for me and I am sure it’ll produce amazing results for you too(Look on

the page no. 6 of that report).



While selling your brand new site,calculate the minimum monthly revenue based on your

one day earning.So if your site generated say $100 in the first day,you should get

anywhere from $6000-$30000( Depending on how ATTRACTIVE your AUCTION copy

is and how well you convince your potential buyers). I Think none of those amounts are

bad for 24 hours of work.
