How to recall sent mails from Gmail
First Login into your Gmail Account.
Go to setting option and find the Labs option.
Then go to Undo Send option and enable it. Then click on Save Changes.
Then go to compose Mail. And send mail.
By default, Gmail gives you a 10-second window of time in which you may undo a sent
e-mail
if you want the send mail back then go to undo option . Your sending mail will be back

Insert Your Image in Gmail Background
Log in to your Gmail account and click on settings
In the settings page click on themes tab
In themes scroll down to the end of the page and click on “Create your own theme”.
A new pop up window will open. There you can select your own color combinations for your inbox and a
background image for the theme.

Most Contacted Email Addresses in Gmail
Open your Gmail Inbox and click the Contacts link in the sidebar.
Click the Export button and choose the “Most Contacted” option in the drop-down to
export all those email address in a single CSV file.
Save this file to a safe location as you might need it if your Gmail Account is hacked.

Gmail Labs provides an interesting feature to prevent you from sending mails that may you may
regret later. It does so by asking you to confirm whether you really want to send that email.
When you send an email during your specified time, it prompts you with various mathematical
equations which you have to solve before it will send out your email. If you’re too out of it to
fire up the calculator, your email will have to wait till another day.

Insert Image in Gmail Mail
1. Go to your Gmail page
2. in the top right side of the Gmail page, click on "Settings"
3. In the Settings box that opens, click on “Labs.”
4. Scroll down the list of options until you come to “Inserting images.” (It was a long way down
on my system.)
5. Click “Enable.”
6. At the bottom of the page, click the button “Save changes.”
Now you are set up to insert images into an email message.
1. Open Gmail to compose a message.
2. Click on this icon and you will get a box that gives you the option to either browse on your
computer to get an image file to upload or to enter the URL of an image file located on the
Internet.

Sign in your gmail account with your email id and password
Click on “Mail Settings” link from the top-right corner

Now click on “Create a New Filter”
