heart God has ransomed is also good. Building on these foundational
truths, Eldredge shows readers why real Christianity is a process of
restoration, where the broken parts of our hearts are mended and the
captive parts are set free.
This is the third book I've read written by John Eldridge, and is a fulfilling
follow-up to his other works, "Wild at Heart" and "Captivating" (co-authored
with his wife, Stasi). John asks provocative questions that all believers
struggle with, and provides fresh insight and food-for-thought to refresh
anyone who feels that their Christian walk has become stagnant or
monotonous. I look forward to reading anything else John has to offer!
