Aaron Koniak Is a Senior Sales Professional in the Pharmaceutical Industry
Aaron Koniak has been working in the pharmaceutical and medical device sales industry for more than
11 years. He has worked in some of the most challenging markets and has surpassed all targets and
even exceeded the expectations of his seniors. His professional experience includes working as a
Regional Account Manager with SynergEyes, Inc 2010-2011. He successfully launched the Duette family
of hybrid contact lenses to optometrists and sold 64 diagnostic fitting kits YTD. He is ranked at 7 th position
out of 19 in 2011 fiscal year to date. He has achieved 118% of quota in total portfolio sales year to date.
During his time with SynergEyes, Inc., he generated more than $17,000 in vision correction sales for June
2011, compared to $1200 at launch.
A sales specialist, Aaron Koniak is a strong minded person who always keeps a positive attitude towards
everything. He has also worked MEDA-US Pharmaceuticals (formerly MedPointe Pharmaceuticals) from
2004-2010 as a Senior Medical Sales Representative. He represented pain management, ophthalmology,
allergy and epilepsy products. He formed positive relationships with pain management specialists,
ophthalmologists, allergists, orthopedic surgeons and neurologists for physicians while overcoming
objections to gain commitment to product.
Aaron Koniak graduated from the University of California Davis in June 1997. In his college, he was
involved in the Jewish community and brought a holocaust survivor to the campus. He gave a testimonial
for 30 minutes and they showed Schindler's List to about 400 students. He also gives out Gatorade and
water each year at the LA Marathon. He is a docent at the Museum of Tolerance (Holocaust museum) in
Los Angeles.
