Daily market

    Indian equity markets were up 1.26%.

    Nifty up 62 pts and settle at 5018.

    Sensex was up 192 pts at 16643.

    Bank Nifty up 175 at 9201.



Global market

    European markets were in green with FTSC up 38 pts at 5741, CAC gaining 64 pts
     at 3329 and DAX up 61 pts at 6416.

    Dow future was up 35 pts at 12539.

    US Unemployment claims came 352k Vs 402k.
