attention on grows. Every day, look for the small wonders in your life to be grateful for, in the midst
of your chaos. Gratitude is the first step to seeing amazing things happen.
Divorce is heartbreaking and you do not want to add more upset to how you are already feeling.
Focus on you, remember you are not alone, that you have you, and visualize the future you want.
Allow yourself moments of gratitude.
