                         The Frost National Bank Scholarship Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF
WINNING.

1) ELIGIBILITY: Open to U.S. citizens and legal residents who are at least sixteen (16) years of
age or older who are: 1) attending a college or university eligible under Title IV of the Higher
Education Act of 1965 as amended and located in the U.S. (undergraduate programs only); or 2)
a high school junior or senior planning to attend a school eligible under Title IV of the Higher
Education Act of 1965 as amended and located in the U.S. immediately upon graduation (an
"Eligible Student"). A parent, legal guardian or guidance counselor of an Eligible Student may
enter on behalf of an Eligible Student. Not eligible to enter: Employees of The Frost National
Bank, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, or other parties involved in
any aspect with the creation, production, operation, execution and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes
and the immediate family members (parents, siblings, children and spouse) and/or those living in
the same household (whether or not related). Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.
Sweepstakes starts on or about 12:00:01 a.m. Central Standard Time on January 2, 2008, and
ends on July 14, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Standard Time (the "Promotion Period").

2) HOW TO ENTER: There are four (4) ways to enter The Frost National Bank Scholarship
Giveaway:
A. Access www.studentloans.frostbank.com during the above-stated Promotion Period, complete
the Request for Student Loan Information form and click submit. Entry must be received by
11:59:59 p.m. on July 14, 2008 to be eligible for the drawing.
B. Complete a printed entry form by accessing www.studentloans.frostbank.com and mail to:
Frost Student Loan Department PO Box 1600 San Antonio, Texas 78296. Mailed entries must
be received by July 14, 2008 to be eligible for the drawing.
C. Complete a printed entry form by accessing www.studentloans.frostbank.com and fax your
entry to 210-220-6828. Entry must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. on July 14, 2008 to be eligible
for the drawing.
D. Call Frost Student Loan Department at 1-800-562-6732 ext. 56822 to request information
regarding The Frost National Bank’s student loan program or set up an appointment to speak
with someone at The Bank regarding our student loan program. You must call by 11:59:59 p.m.
on July 14, 2008 and request to be entered into the drawing to be eligible for the drawing.
Limit one entry per person regardless of method of entry. The Frost National Bank is not
responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, misrouted or postage-due
entries/mail. All entries become the property of The Frost National Bank and will not be returned.
3) PRIZE DETAILS: Four College Scholarships: Four $1,000.00 Scholarships to be used
toward the payment of college tuition and other related expenses required for undergraduate
courses at an eligible educational institution. Prizes will be awarded in the form of a check
disbursed at one (1) time and will be a payable check distributed to the school on behalf of the
student. Maximum total value of all prizes combined is $4,000.00. Limit one (1) prize per person.
Scholarships can only be applied to expenses for students during the spring and fall semesters.
Additional restrictions may apply. Prize(s) are not transferable. The Frost National Bank
reserves the right to decide to award the cash equivalent of the prize(s) at its sole discretion. No
prize substitutions or cash redemptions except as provided herein. Federal, state and local taxes
on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the individual winner. Winners are advised to seek
professional tax advice regarding the tax consequences of accepting a prize.
4) DRAWINGS AND AWARDING OF PRIZES: Winners will be selected in a random drawing.
The four (4) winning names will be drawn on or about July 15, 2008 from all eligible entries
received by 11:59:59 p.m. the day before the scheduled drawing date. Drawing of winners will be
handled by Steadfast Publishing Company, an independent judging organization whose
decisions are final on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by mail
and may be required to provide proof of college enrollment status, which must be returned to The
Frost National Bank for receipt within 20 days of date notice, or prize will be forfeited and will be
awarded to an alternate winner. If prize notification is returned undeliverable, prize will be
forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner. Entrant and/or student will be required to
provide accurate student contact and college contact information. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of
winning are determined by the number of qualified entries received from all methods combined.

5) GENERAL CONDITIONS: Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name
and likeness for publicity purposes, without further compensation in any and all media now
known or hereinafter developed without territorial restriction (except where prohibited by law). By
accepting prize, winners agree to release and hold The Frost National Bank (including its
affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, or other parties involved in any
aspect with the creation, production, operation, execution and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes)
harmless for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or part, directly or
indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this
Sweepstakes or any prize-related activities. The Frost National Bank reserves the right, in its
sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes and randomly award the prizes from
among all eligible entries received prior to action taken by The Frost National Bank should fraud,
virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of The Frost National Bank corrupt the
administration, security or proper play of the game. With respect to computer entries, The Frost
National Bank is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program
malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections
that are human or technical in nature. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the
person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the
"authorized account holder" person in whose name the email account is registered, provided that
person meets all eligibility criteria set forth in the Eligibility section of these Official Rules.
"Authorized holder" shall mean the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet
access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational
institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with
the submitted email address. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any
individual (and all of his or her Sweepstakes entries) who tampers with the entry process. Any
and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes,
or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action,
and exclusively by arbitration. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to
actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes,
but in no event attorney's fees. Subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations.

6) PRIVACY: Information entrants provide to The Frost National Bank will be used to
communicate with entrants regarding The Frost National Bank’s student loan program, this
Sweepstakes and otherwise as set forth in these Official Rules, as well as to contact entrants at a
later date with respect to products or services which the The Frost National Bank believes may
be of interest to them. By submitting an entry, all entrants acknowledge and agree that the
personal information that they have provided will be maintained by The Frost National Bank in
accordance with The Frost National Bank’s Privacy Policy available at http://www.frostbank.com.


7) RULES REQUEST: For a copy of the Official Rules, visit www.studentloans.frostbank.com or
send a self-addressed, stamped business size (#10) envelope to: Frost Student Loan
Department PO Box 1600 San Antonio, Texas 78296. Requests must be received by July 13,
2008.

8) WINNERS LIST REQUEST: For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped business
size (#10) envelope to: Frost Student Loan Department PO Box 1600 San Antonio, Texas
