A. Rental Period
The agreed upon rental period will be the entire time the applicant needs access to the building and facilities. It is the
rental application’s responsibility to allow sufficient time for set-up and clean-up of the facility. Your set-up time begins at
your rental start time. The facility will not be open prior to that time for you, your caterers, bands, decorators, etc. All
clean up must be completed and the facility vacated by the end time indicated on the rental form.
All events must have an adult present (21 years of age or over) at all times, no exceptions. The rental applicant is
responsible for providing all chaperones. It is not the responsibility of Celebrations to provide an adult on the premises
during the rental agreement.
Celebrations’ designated representative will check the condition of the facility prior to checking out to verify the deposit
may be returned in the mail after the event.
B. Fees
A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your requested date. This will be applied to your rental fee.
If alcohol will be served during your event, there is a required Cleaning/Security Deposit of $25 per event (returned after
event if there are not damages or stains).
Rental fees will vary depending on how long the room is used and possible miscellaneous fees. Fees are based on hourly
increments and are subject to change. The minimum rental period is one (1) hour. Rates are per hour and will not be
prorated for part of an hour. Any rental time beyond the top of the hour, will be billed as another full hour of use.
An Internet connection is available for a $10 per event fee.
All rental fees and deposits are required to be paid in full 48 hours prior to room rental.
Return of these deposits will be made within 2-3 weeks following facility use. Any cost for extra cleaning of the facilities
or furnishings, both inside and outside, damages to floors, wall, furnishings or landscaping, or overtime charges will result
in a deduction or forfeit of your deposit. The rental applicant will be billed for any damages beyond the deposit amount.
C. Room Set-up/Clean-up
If requested, Celebrations will set up the room(s) according to the completed set-up form you provide. Note: When
completing your set-up form, tables and chairs cannot be placed in front of exit doors. This form may be obtained at the
time of booking or found online. It is the responsibility of the rental applicant to complete the set-up form and submit it
to Celebrations at least 24 hours prior to the event. If the set-up form is not received, then a generic set up will be
provided, and it will be the rental applicant’s responsibility to make the necessary changes.
Additional set-up changes to be made on the day of the event will be the sole responsibility of the rental applicant. Please
be sure to allow enough time to complete additional room set up and decorating when booking your event. You will be
charged for any and all time used for set up if it occurs outside your event time.
We do not provide clean up services in order to keep our prices low. The vacuum is in the backroom and there are Clorox
wipes and trash bags in the kitchen area. Please be aware you will be responsible for the following items when cleaning
up after your event. This is to be completed in the time you have reserved the building for your event.
Collect all trash (kitchen, great room area, and bathrooms) and put in trash container in back room. Put new
trash bags in all trashcans.
Wipe down all tables and chairs set up during your rental period. Wipe down counters and stovetop in kitchen.
Remove any personal items from the refrigerator.
Put away any tables or chairs you got out from the backroom.
Vacuum carpet areas of kitchen, great room area, and alcove area with couch. Vacuum hallway if needed.
Please be sure to replace doormats away from door threshold. Empty vacuum container into trash in backroom.
Turn the thermostat down to 65 degrees in winter and up to 80 degrees in summer. If the thermostat was off
when you arrived, please turn it back to off.
Be sure to take all personal items you brought with you into the building.

D. Equipment
Tables and chairs provided by Celebrations are not allowed outside the facility. Please be aware of the carpeted floor
when moving equipment. DO NOT DRAG TABLES AND/OR CHAIRS ACROSS THE FLOORS. Damage that occurs to the
floor is the responsibility of the rental applicant and may result in forfeiture of the entire cleaning/security deposit. All
trash must be deposited in the trashcans and all tables and counters wiped down.
E. Responsibilities
The rental applicant is solely responsible and answerable financially for any and all accidents or injuries to persons or
property resulting from your use of the Celebrations’ facilities. You shall be responsible for the control and supervision of
all people in attendance during your use of the facility and shall take care to see that no damage is done to the facility
and that everyone conducts himself/herself in an orderly manner. An adult, over 21, must be in the building at all times
of rental agreement.
If damage or behavior of your group warrants it, your function may be stopped in progress, and you may be denied
further use of the facilities. You will not receive a refund or deposit return. Celebrations’ representatives are responsible
for the facility and may request police assistance at any time to prevent abuse of privileges and to enforce facility rules
and regulations.
F. Cancellations
Refunding of the $25.00 cleaning/security deposit will be handled as follows:
If cancellation is made one month or more prior to the use date a full refund of deposit will be given.
If cancellation is made less than 1 month prior to use date, a forfeit of one half of the deposit will occur if the event is not
rescheduled. If the event is rescheduled, the deposit will be applied to the new event date.
If cancellation is made less than 1 week of the use date, the deposit will not be refunded. The entire $25.00 will be kept
regardless of the total amount due for the rental. If the event is rescheduled on or before the rental date, the deposit
will be applied to the new event date.
Occasionally, it may be necessary to reschedule, relocate or deny a request previously approved. In this event, the rental
applicant will be given as much advance notice as possible with a full refund of all fees.
G. Services
Celebrations’ designated representative may be on duty in the building during your use of the facility. This representative
will be available to open the facility, answer questions and check periodically with the person in charge of the event. The
responsibility of this representative does not include re-arranging tables, waiting tables, serving, set up, clean up, or tear
down.
Celebrations’ designated representative will check the condition of the facility with the person in charge prior to their
departure to determine if any damage or further cleaning is necessary. It is the responsibility of the Celebrations’
designated representative to enforce all of the facilities use regulations. If necessary, he/she will clear the facility and end
the event if the regulations are not being followed.
