Booking
A deposit of £25.00per person per week is required to secure your reservation. The
balance is payable not less than 8 weeks prior to your arrival. We are sorry that we do
not accept pets and are apartments are all non-smoking.
Refundable Bond
A Refundable Bond of £200.00 is required against breakages/damages to the
apartment. Please send these monies with your final payment 8 weeks prior to your
arrival. It will be returned to you one week after your departure from Sunrise Beach
Club. A full inventory will be in the apartment for you to check on your arrival.

Or bank transfer by arrangement.
Cancellation charges
Up to 8 weeks Deposit only
56 – 29 Days 50% of total cost
30 – 15 Days 75 % of total cost
Less than 14 Days 100% of total cost
Insurance
We thoroughly recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation, travel
delays, loss of property and accidents.
There will be an information file with in the apartment giving you details of places to
visit, restaurants, shopping etc. All facilities within & outside the apartments are used
at your own risk.

I understand that all facilities are used at our own risk and that I will pay £200.00 as a
Refundable Bond against any damages/breakages within the apartment. I understand,
that subject to there being no damages, these monies will be returned to me within one
week of my departure from the apartment.
