PTO Policy
This PTO Policy establishes when an employee can take take
time off from work, without having to specify a reason. PTO
plans do not differentiate between time off from work for
"vacation days" and "sick days." This form is easily used, and can
be edited to reflect the unique situation of a company.

PTO Policy
1. PAID TIME OFF (PTO):
Full and part-time employees receive paid time off (PTO) Temporary employees do not

PTO is credited to employees on their annual anniversary date. Should employees leave the

Company prior to one year from the date on which PTO is credited to them, any earned PTO
will be prorated to the date of their departure from the Company.
The CEO at the time of hiring new senior management and/or executive officers may
negotiate a longer PTO for the starting employee.
5. General Rules Regarding (PTO):
Employees may carry over their awarded or earned PTO hours.

the most seniority will be given priority. The Company reserves the right to limit the number

PTO is paid at the base pay rate and is paid on regular pay days. Non-exempt employees may
