This Bid Proposal Template allows a bidder to set forth its bid for

a project, and it ensures that the bidder responds factually to the

requirements that were previously identified. This form is crucial

for any person or business responding to a request for proposal.

This form provides the proper format for a bid response, which

will allow the requester to clearly evaluate the suitability of the

bidder.

4. OFFEROR accepts all of the terms and conditions of the request for proposals from
