Duties and Responsibilities:
   1. Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of technology-enhanced classrooms and teaching spaces.
   2. Deliver, setup, and operate audiovisual and media/computing equipment in multiple University locations
        for University events.
   3. Audiovisual Production:
            a. Assist and support faculty and student multimedia presentations and media equipment operation.
            b. Assist in providing audio and video recording of University events.
   4. Perform preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and assist in trouble-shooting and problem-solving
        audiovisual and computing equipment in all teaching spaces.
   5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
   1. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of University faculty, staff, students, and guests.
   2. Ability to lift, move, and setup audiovisual equipment weighing up to 60 pounds.
   3. Ability to work on ladders, and on overhead walkways and in confined spaces.
   4. Must possess a valid Tennessee driver’s license.
   5. Experience with audiovisual and media equipment setup, operation and routine maintenance strongly
        preferred. Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification is a definite plus.
   6. Knowledge of both Windows and Macintosh computing environments desired.
   7. Knowledge of web streaming and videoconferencing preferred.
   8. Ability to perform basic office operations preferred.
   9. Prefer Associate or Bachelors degree (or CTS certification) with experience and knowledge of basic
        computing, audiovisual operations, and media production.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week; with scheduled day, night, and weekend hours, including some holiday hours.

Minimum Hourly Wage: $13.23
