Regardless of the product being sold around the world, high demand tends to cause desperate
actions in some people to capture the market. It is clear that the Oprah show has directly or
indirectly recommended the use of acai berries but this does not translate to specific products.

"Consumers should be aware that Oprah Winfrey is not associated with nor does she endorse any

pursuing any companies that claim such an affiliation."
