30 Day Notice to Quit Termination of Rental Agreement

I understand that the owner, or the owner’s agent, shall have the right to allow prospective occupants to view the unit. If Owner needs to notify me when showing the unit or to schedule an appointment, I may be reached by calling ___________________ or _____________________. I understand I am responsible for rent those days between the date of this notice and 30 days hence and, in the event the unit is re-rented prior to the 30 day date, I will be reimbursed the amount of rent from the re-rental date to that date. I also understand that the unit will need to be empty at the time of the Move-Out inspection and I will call to schedule this appointment at least 2 (two) days prior to my last day in the unit.
