P.13, AS AMENDED TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury will be holding a public meeting on Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at 7:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 57 Holland Street East, Bradford to consider a proposed draft plan of subdivision and a proposed amendment to Zoning By-law 2263 of the former Town of Bradford in respect of certain lands located in Part of Lot 13, Concession 7, and identified as File Nos. S-08-04 and Z-08-10. Please note that there may be more than one public meeting and that the matter will be dealt with in the order that it appears on the agenda. The Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury is in receipt of Application No. S-08-04 for approval of a 93 unit residential plan of subdivision on 3.39 hectares of land within Community Plan Area 3. A key map showing the location of the lands is attached. The Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury has also received Application No. Z-08-10 for approval of an amendment to Zoning By-law 2263 of the former Town of Bradford. The application will implement zoning for the draft plan of subdivision. The project includes the construction of watermain and services, sanitary and storm sewers and services, utility relocations, grading, graveling, ditching, paving, street lighting and installation and/or modification of traffic signals. The Town apologizes for any delays or inconveniences associated with this road widening project. The public is advised to exercise caution while travelling through the construction area and to obey all signs, signals and traffic control flagging.
