Finding six pack abs workouts that can really make a difference in your results can sometimes

pack abs, however, with some work and dedication, there are many great exercises you can do to

help you along the way. Here is an example of a great exercise you can do in your own home that

will help jump start your quest. I call it the Lazy Boy Leg Lift.







Starting out sitting in your favorite recliner, or even a kitchen chair, sit up straight so your waist and

legs are at a ninety degree angle

While contracting your abdominal section, slowly lift your legs into the air, so they are parallel to

the ground

Hold this position, still contracting your abs, for ten seconds - or as long as you can

Then, slowly lower your legs back to the ground, while still contracting your abdominal muscles

Repeat this exercise for three sets of 7 repetitions - be sure to take breaks between sets to allow

the muscles to relax







This is a very simple six pack abs workout that you can do while sitting in front of the television at

night watching your favorite shows. The key to getting six pack abs and a nice, flat stomach is to

vary your workouts, and learn that you do not need a gym membership, or even be in your

workout clothes to do simple exercises that produce results.



However, just doing exercises while sitting down alone will not give you enough cardiovascular

exercise to promote weight loss, these six pack abs workouts can be a great supplement to any

workout program. If used properly in conjunction with a proper diet and cardio plan, you can really

start to see super easy results quickly.
