Plastic is the very necessary of our society
It won’t be wrong if we say that; plastic is the most important devil. We know that it is
harmful, not good for the environment and it has a great involvement in making the earth
polluted. In short, it is a devil which is ruining our planet earth and making it barren and
unhealthy for us to live. But we need it the most. We can neither ignore it nor can we turn
our back over it. We have to face it and also deal with it. However, the plastic has its own
advantages which can’t be ignored. Its properties are such that makes it completely
identical and different from rest of the world.
Plastic bags are used widely around the world. They have many things in it, which cannot
be mentioned in a short page. Its qualities will be filled at least in a hundreds of pages, but
only one disadvantage of non biodegradable makes it completely zero value. Plastic bags
are used in many ways in the market. The most widely used once are the printed plastic
bags. Many of the shop keepers make use of it. The list hasn’t stopped yet, evens the
manufacturers and other huge branded companies make use of printed plastic bags. These
bags not only offer the attractive look to the product but also help in making it completely
distinct. It helps in advertisement. However, there are also clear view printed plastic
bags available in the market. These bags are basically seen on the airports or stations.
Such bags make their work simpler as they can see through the bags and examine what is
packed in it.
The role of plastic in the society is same as that of blood in our
body. It is running continuously through the veins. The most
efficient part of plastic is in the field of packaging. Here, the
huge cargos, medicines packets, chemicals, clothes bulk and
many more are packed and sent from one place to another.
For this purpose, the plastic is used for their packaging. It can
be stretched and high resistance makes it more viable for
packaging.
Not only this, if accidentally if water is splashed on the cargos, containing very sensitive
items than plastic packaging acts as a savvier. There are many qualities which make it
more eligible and popular among the population. But, we cannot ignore its only one major
disadvantage which makes it a devil of our society i.e. non degradability.
Packing coffee go one way, but for liquid many way
Making any product is very easy work, but its packaging becomes a
very complicated and tough job. Huge amount of thinking process is
required in it. Various thoughts have to be implemented and also
many things have to be kept in mind. The thinking process in carried
out keeping all the points of advantages, disadvantages and accidents
or damages. The mind of thousands of people, several researchers,
and various deeds the final packaging step is taken. All such things
are done only for the public better life and safety of their products.
Including all such points, it might have got clear, that packaging is so
tough and highly important field.
Nowadays, the packaging is done using, paper or processed paper
with great toughness. The results are satisfactory and most
importantly environment friendly. However, previously, the plastic
was the main thing used in packaging field, and undoubtedly it
proved to be the best and most useful product. The packaging of the
heavy articles or hardware’s was easily done using the paper, but the
main problem came in liquid packaging. Here, the paper failed and
so the plastic came out as the best tool.
The plastic is water resistant and so can be used to deal
with the liquid products easily. These days, various
shapes and sizes of pouches and bags are introduced for
this purpose. Mainly, standup pouches were made for
liquid packaging only. Along with it, various resalable,
locking up pouches and various other types of pouches
were introduced for this purpose only. To deal with the
liquid packaging was a problem but now, it has become
very easy and only thing proved to be helpful was plastic.
One way degassing valve is mainly used in the coffee industries. It removes all the
unwanted gases from the packet along with maintaining the proper amount of moisture in
it. Thus, maintains the taste and freshness of the coffee bags packed in. However, the
use of one way degassing valve is not just limited to the coffee industries; it has now
reached a lot ahead. It is widely used in the packaging of the medicines. Mainly medicines
are preferred in vacuum, but there are few medicines which are suppose to keep in
moisture. Such medicines are packed using this valve. However, the uses are increasing
with various modifications in its design. Two ways degassing valve is also introduced which
has increased the popularity and necessity to a very wide range.
