Requirement Statement
There must be three security levels: Student Worker, Nurse, and admin.
The Health Center Worker shall be able to find a student by Name or Student ID.
The Health Center Worker shall select the reason for visit.
The Health Center Worker shall be informed whether or not this is the student’s first visit.
A Nurse shall be able to select a student from the queue.
The student shall be removed from the queue when the treatment has started.
Option for free visit shall exist.
Prescriptions and treatments shall always be full price.
The Nurse shall select the symptoms, treatments, and prescriptions.
Nurse shall have the option to leave a visit as pending.
The database shall be updated with the data from the Visit Form.
The data for a visit must include costs of treatment.
For students with non WAICU insurance a receipt shall automatically print.
For students with non WAICU insurance a CSV file shall be created/updated.
An Admin shall have the ability to access and edit data from student visits.
An Admin shall have the ability to add ICD9 and CPT codes.
An Admin shall have the ability to update costs of visits.
A Health Center Worker shall have the ability to reprint receipts.
A module for extracting the student data from an export file may be needed
For students with WAICU Insurance information shall be sent to WAICU.
Shall use ASP.NET 2008.
ITS will provide an export file at the beginning of each semester with the student data.
The application shall be easy to use.
The application shall run reasonably fast.
