k) The rates are all inclusive of taxes but the tender has to submit the breakup of all
taxes at the time of submission of their “ on account bills”. The tenderer has also to
submit their TIN No., PAN No. at the time of submissions of their “on account
bills”.
The offers shall be opened on above said date in the presence of those bidders who choose to be
present. If the above said date happens to be a holiday the same shall be done on the next
working day.
