Agenda
To provide unique mitigation strategies the Principals and Partners of PLC perform a
collaborative assessment, working in a “think-tank” environment, to determine
opportunity and vulnerability of each asset individually within the client’s real estate
portfolio. These strategies have derived greater operational and financial
performance for clients of PLC by identifying and capitalizing on the opportunities,
while mitigating vulnerability either through progressive management practices or a
disposition of asset(s).
Sophisticated wealth protection and planning involves the integration of legal,
financial and investigative expertise to provide insight into this increasingly complex
world. This installment of the Akerman Wealth Preservation Series “Scrambled Eggs
and Asset Protection” explores the intelligent portfolio strategies mitigating
problematic real estate investments that have suffered due to an inability to realize
finance and joint-venture opportunities caused by depressed valuations and market
liquidity risk.
