Requires a site analysis with related field reports as well as conceptual, preliminary, and final landscape architectural designs including related
plans, specifications, cross-sections, elevations, grading plans, any construction details, and cost estimates as necessary. The consultant must have
knowledge and experience in highway related landscape design, wetland mitigation design, urban streetscapes, architectural treatments, and must
be familiar with the “No net loss reforestation”, soil erosion, and sedimentation control acts.
