LEGAL NOTICE The Silver City Parks & Recreation Board will hold a regular meeting at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, September 16, 2009, at the City Annex first floor conference room, 1203 N. Hudson St., Silver City, NM. The public is invited to attend. Items on the agenda are: I. Welcome & call to order. II. Approval of minutes from August 5th meeting. III. Changes to the agenda. IV. Announcement of the next regularly scheduled Parks & Recreation meeting. V. Public Input. VI. Reports: A) Reports from board members. VII. Unfinished Business: A) Inventory and wish list. VIII. New Business: A) Update and discussion of Penny Park, B) Discussion of Parks and Rec Advisory Board’s role. IX. Adjournment The meeting is open to the public.
