For health conscious men and women everywhere, the question of how to get hard abs fast is like
the holy grail of fitness. If it were easy, we would all be walking around with six pack abs, but
unfortunately getting a lean, toned midsection can take quite a bit of effort and discipline. It won't
be easy, but you can get hard abs if you're willing to put in the work.

Of course, an obstacle that many of us face on the way to getting nice, hard abs is that our bodies
tend to store fat in the abdominal area, directly over the muscles we're trying strengthen and show
off. Since muscle can't show through a significant layer of fat, cutting and burning calories to melt
the excess off of your stomach will be a necessary component of most hard abs workouts. Again,
intensity will be key in making your workouts maximally effective and getting hard abs as quickly
as possible.
