Terms and Conditions

• For outdoor engagements, a shaded and level floor must be Total Contracted Hours

prearranged for the artist to set up the harp. The harp cannot be

exposed to direct sunlight. If there is no shade (i.e. umbrella,

canopy, etc.), this is considered a breech of contract and the artist $ Performance Fee

will not be able to play at the event. If rainy weather conditions

prevail, purchaser must arrange for an alternate site. If rainy

weather conditions make it impossible to complete the performance, Other: Requested sheet

• If the Bridal party is late, there will be an additional $25 charge for

every extra 15 minutes.



• For background music of over an hour, a 10 minute break every
