Rules
Competition will last for 16 weeks.
Everyone must weigh-in weekly on Thursdays between 7am-10am.
If you fail to weigh-in, you will receive a zero for that week.
Weekly % weight lost calculation: (Weekly Weight - Starting Weight)/Starting Weight
e.g., (145 – 150)/150 = -3.3% weight loss
Weekly winner will receive a prize with an approximate value of $25 and the coveted “Biggest
Loser” trophy to be passed to the next weekly winner.
At the end of 16 weeks the winner will receive:
1st place $300
2nd place $200
3rd place $100
Weekly challenges:
Water challenge: Drink six 8 ounce glasses of water each day. (1 point per day)
Activity challenge : Exercise 30 minutes a day. (1 point per day)
Other challenge (1 point per week)
Team calculation: Total team weight loss plus total points.
Special team challenges, TBD
Team captains will turn in weekly score sheets each Thursday by 12pm.
At the end of the 16 week competition, the team with the most cumulative points wins.
All team members will receive $100
Each team member must have completed 25% of the challenges to be eligible

Weight?"
Learn how to set up an exercise program, and how often you
need to work out to get the results you're looking for.
