Times: Practice/Equipment inspection 9.00 - 10.00am, Tournament starts 10.00 am.
Open to: individuals affiliated to Archery GB.
Archery GB registration cards must be shown on request.
Age: Age qualifications refer to the date of the tournament. An archer may enter the round
appropriate to his/her age group or an older group. An archer will only be eligible for a prize in
the round shot.
Rules and Dress code: FITA Rules and Archery GB dress regulations must be conformed to.
Drug testing: failure to produce a sample, if requested, will be treated as a positive result.
A parent or guardian must consent to their child being tested by signing their entry form and
explain the implications of drug testing to their child. Failure to give consent to drugs test will
result in the archer not being permitted to shoot (GNAS anti-doping policy para 5.7).
Photography: anyone wishing to take photographs at this event must register on arrival.
REFRESHMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE
Entry fee: £6.00 (£7.00 for entries after closing date).
Closing date for entries: 12th April 2010.
No entries will be accepted on the day and no substitutes will be allowed.
Target lists and results: Please send two SAE’s. Please note the target list will be the only
receipt of entry and will not be sent unless a SAE is enclosed with the entry form. The results
list will also be posted on www.bowmen.org
Except for the general liability for the health and safety of all competitors the tournament
organiser is not able to accept responsibility for the care of children, whether the parents are
present or not.
