Senior Officers’ Management Course No. 01 (04 April – 24 June 2011) has been concluded successfully.
Senior officials from PAEC/SPD were invited to attend the concluding ceremony and the Chief Guest,
Chairman PAEC was requested to distribute the certificates on this memorable occasion. To distribute the
certificate we purchased Rexine Folders especially, as well as a group photo got printed from the local
market and distributed among the participants. Detail of purchases is as under:

2. Color Prints 10”x12” 40 Prints
An amount of Rs. .00 ( rupees) was incurred by the undersigned to purchase these items. Bill and
Sales Tax Invoices in original are attached herewith.
It is requested that approval may please be granted to reimburse the said amount to the undersigned out of
