Would you be open to renting the unit with the option of buying? PROPERTY ACCESS: To better rent out your property we will need “guaranteed access”. I will leave my keys in a lockbox at the property. I will provide an open house schedule. Specific blocks of time the property can be shown at least 3 different days throughout the week. I guarantee that I will be available to show the property with 1 hours notice. TERMS OF AGREEMENT: Place You Home’s brokerage fee is $65 for finding a tenant for a unit for a 12 month lease term. Place You Home shall earn the brokerage fee upon lease signing. 24-Month Lease (Optional- Please Select If Interested) Place You Home’s brokerage fee for a 24-month lease is $245. The landlord/property owner shall be responsible for paying Place You Home at lease signing. Place You Home uses its best efforts to provide qualified rental applicants. The ultimate determination regarding the applicant’s residency background and credit worthiness remains the responsibility of the landlord/property owner. Place You Home abides by the Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968 (Fair Housing Act) which, as amended, prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental, and financing of dwellings based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, familial status and disability.
