Property Owners Agreement
I, ______________________ am the owner of the property at ______________________
and I have leased/rented this property to _______________________________________
(lessees/renters name). I have authorized the lessee/renter to establish water service with
the Town of Firestone for the above property. I understand that my name will not be
removed from the water account and that I will remain in the owner section of the water
account. I understand that if the lessee/renter does not pay the water bill that I am
responsible for all charges. It is my responsibility to keep in contact with Firestone
regarding water bill payments, and if there is an problem making a payment. It is my
responsibility to notify the Town when a lessee/renter has moved in or out of this
property. I understand that my lessee/renter will not be able to complete the Lease/Rental
Water Deposit Application with the Town until I have completed and returned this form to
the Town.
