Lending Agreement
The Outreach Program at the Center for European Studies maintains a library of books, cds, dvds,
and travel trunks that are available for check-out for a period of three weeks per item/trunk.
Please fill out the Lending Agreement information below and return to us by fax or mail. Once we
have your information on file, future orders may be placed through e-mail.

Agreement
I, , agree to return all items borrowed through the
Outreach Program at the Center for European Studies in the same condition as I borrowed them and
by the date specified. I understand that the only cost to me or my school/institution is the cost of
return packaging and shipping upon completion of the agreement. I agree to package items securely
and insure items as needed. If any items are lost or damaged, I agree to assist CES in replacing the
items in a manner agreed upon by myself and the Outreach Coordinator.
