Coverage for all risks, excluding willful damage, unauthorized uses, and fire. Container is guaranteed against breakage under use in normal conditions; that is for its intended purpose as a refuse container. In the event of theft, you are required to report theft to Police and provide Herby Curby with the number of the Police report. There is a $25.00 per container restocking fee which is due and payable upon replacement. The customer is responsible for keeping Herby Curby clean. We do not exchange a container because it is dirty. The container(s) remains the property of Herby Curby. Upon moving please notify us with your change of address.
