2011/2012 POST-UTME SCREENING EXERCISE
(SATURDAY, 15TH OCTOBER, 2011)
The Federal University Oye-Ekiti is one of the new nine Federal Universities recently
established by the Federal Government of Nigeria. The University will commence
academic actives as its two campuses situated Oye-Ekiti (for courses in Humanities and
Social Sciences, and Science) and Ikole-Ekiti (for courses in Agricultural Technology and
Engineering) with effect from 2011/2012 academic session.
1.0 Post-UTME Tests
In line with the guidelines for admissions into undergraduate degree
programmes, the University has scheduled its 2011/2012 post UTME screening
tests for Saturday, 15t October, 2011 at 10.00 a.m.
2.0 Venue
Ekiti State University (formerly University of Ado-Ekiti), Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State
3.0 Eligibility
Candidate who obtained the UTME cut-off scores of 180 and above who chose
Federal University Oye-Ekiti as their 1st or 2nd choice
Candidates who did not choose the Federal University OYE-Ekiti as 1st or 2nd
choice but obtained a minimum score of 200 in UTME can also apply
4.0 Registration Fee
Each candidate will be required to pay One Thousand, Four Hundred Naira
(N1,400.00) only, excluding bank charges as Registration fee
5.0 Registration Procedure
(i) Visit any branch of Fidelity Bank Plc, UBA Plc, Access Bank Plc, First Bank
Plc, Fin Bank and GTB Plc.
(ii) Request for payment for Registration fee for Federal University Oye-Ekitti
Post-UTME
(iii) Note the Registration fee of one thousand, four hundred Naira
(N1,400.00) only, excluding bank charges and pay one –Transact
platform at any banks listed above.
(iv) You will receive a print out with receipt number and confirmation order
number.
(v) Visit Federal University Oye-Ekiti website www.fuoye.edu.ng and click on
post-UTME link from the homepage
(vi) Go to portal payment section and insert the information received from the
bank. This will enable you access to the application form online.
(vii) Complete the application form online and ensure that you fill all the
sections of the application form.
(i) Attached scanned copies of passport photograph
(ii) Submit application online.
Candidates are advised to download their Post-UTME application forms after submission
and bring with them to the venue of screening on Saturday, 15th October, 2011.
6.0 Important Notice
(i) Please use exactly the same names (and in the same order) as used on
your JAMB registration form;
(ii) Submit a valid e-mail address and a valid cell phone number in your
Registration Form
7.0 Requirements for Admittance into Screening Venue
(i) Receipt issued to candidate at the point of payment in the bank
(ii) UTME result slip
(iii) Photocopies of SSCE, GCE, NECO or NABTEB results
(iv) Downloaded Application Form
(v) Writing materials – HB Pencils and Erasers
8.0 Caution
The following items are not allowed into the screening halls
Mathematical Tablets
Calculators
Biros and Pens
Cell Phones
Candidates who arrived at the venue of screening after the commencement of the test
will not be allowed to take the test.
Candidates who make false declaration of UTME scores and Ordinary Level Grades
(SSCE, GCE, NECO or NABTEB as well as State of Origin shall not be considered for
admission.

Candidates who have chosen Federal University Oye-Ekiti as their first or second
choice whose courses are not available for the 2011/2012 session are advised to
apply for alternative courses for their choice among the ones that are listed
above taking into cognizance the UTME requirements and subject combinations.
9. Closing Date for Registration
Registration for Post-UTME closes on Friday, 7th October, 2011
Applications that do not strictly adhere to instructions above will be disqualified.
