Non-Disclosure Agreement
RE: Pennsylvania Fraternal Order of Constables (PAFOC) I agree that any information disclosed to me by the PAFOC s officers/members in connection with meetings, business minutes, member emails, membership lists, fundraising discussions/activities, or any other information not released to the general public by the Public Information Officer will be considered proprietary and confidential, including all such information relating to PAFOC s past, present, or future business activities, legal counsel or issues, new initiatives, positions on legislation, and strategic opportunities. I agree that any information deemed confidential by the PAFOC s Officers and Directors shall not be communicated to any other individual, group, organization, or the press via telephone, email, posting on public boards, letters, or any other method of communication. Confidential information shall not include information previously known to me, the general public, or previously release by the Public Information Officer of the PAFOC. I agree that during my active membership, and for a period of 1 year after leaving the PAFOC for any reason whatsoever, I will hold all confidential and proprietary information in confidence and will not use such information except as may be authorized by the Board of the PAFOC and will prevent its unauthorized dissemination. I acknowledge that unauthorized disclosure could cause irreparable harm or significant injury to the PAFOC. I agree that upon request, I will return or destroy all written or descriptive matter relating to the PAFOC. I also understand that in the event that I do release any confidential information to any unauthorized entity, the PAFOC reserves the right to actively pursue relief through all legal means necessary, including monetary damages via civil lawsuit.
