Geant4 Collaboration Collaboration Agreement – Annex 1

Effective date of this agreement, and process for transition from the pre-existing organizational structures
This agreement becomes effective when the Collaboration Agreement has been signed by parties representing 15 FTEs of effort on Geant4. At this time the existing Technical Steering Board becomes the transitional Steering Board and the existing Collaboration Board becomes the transitional Oversight Board and the existing Working Groups become the transitional Working Groups, all as defined in the Collaboration Agreement. The transitional boards and groups initiate, within one year, the processes defined in the Collaboration Agreement and the Regulations to choose the members of the Oversight Board and the Steering Board.
