Society of Architectural Historians Session Chair and Speaker Agreement
To preserve the collegial and interdisciplinary nature of the SAH Annual Meeting, those selected as Session Chairs and the Speakers will commit to their participation upon notice that his or her session and paper has been accepted. Registration for the conference and payment of the basic non-refundable registration fee must be completed by September 26, 2009 as confirmation of your participation. Please register online at the following site: www.sah.org If a speaker or session chair has not registered and paid membership dues by the deadline, to be current for the 2010 meeting year, the Session Chair or General Chair will then contact an alternate speaker to fill the unconfirmed slot. Between January 1st and February 15th, Speakers and Session Chairs may enhance their registration with tours, receptions, and additional activities that require advanced registration and/or payment. Those presented Fellowships will be reimbursed at the conclusion of the annual meeting when approved receipts have been submitted. SAH has a limited number of fellowships available and does not guarantee that funding will be available. It is the responsibility of the Session chair and Speaker to obtain funding to attend the SAH Annual Meeting. By registering for the meeting by the deadline and signing this form, you agree and accept these terms and conditions.
