RE: Votceal Project: Special Project Report (SPR) Approved
T he Secretary of State is pleased to announce that the Special Project Report (SPR) and
the Spending Plan fo r the VoleCal Project have received approval from the Executi ve
Branch conlro l agencies and the Legislature. The Department of General Services has
begun its legal review of the contract; they are all otted up to 10 days for their review.
Shortly thereafter, we anticipate the contract with Catalyst Consulting Group, Inc. to be
prompt ly executed allowing the ir team to come on board and beginning the project in
earnest.
