Dear Member,
Annual Membership.
You are invited to renew your Membership of the Club for the forthcoming season. The subscription fees
for the year 1st April 2008 to the 31st March 2009 are shown on the attached Membership Renewal Form
for each category of available membership.
If you wish to renew your membership , please complete the attached Renewal Form by the 30th April.
As a member the following facilities are available to you – coaching, free use of courts, mini tennis, junior
and senior fixtures arranged, tournaments, round robin games, free tennis balls supplied, a chance for
tickets for Wimbledon and bar facilities.
Please ensure that you wear recognised sportswear and suitable shoes to ensure the long life of the courts.
Insurance against injury
Due to the very high premium which the club would have to pay to insure members against injury , you
are advised to take out a personal policy.
Seniors.
The first club night is on Tuesday evening, April 15th from 6p.m. onwards. Official club nights will then
continue throughout the season on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6p.m. and on Sunday afternoons
from 1p.m.
A social evening will be held at the Penllwynddu following tennis at approximately 8p.m.on Tuesday,
April 22nd. Please let me know by the 15th if you intend being present.
Juniors
There will be Junior coaching available to members. Further information regarding coaching and playing
is enclosed with this letter. .In the meantime should juniors require information please contact Brian Lee

£6.00 per visit.
