Maintain and administer 783 remote Linux servers at 700 sites nationwide; provide outstanding support
of the BMC / Marimba Software Distribution System. Manage installation of enterprise-class servers
and deployment of new business software versions and OS patches according to strict project
schedules. Establish build procedures and backup / recovery strategies, and perform scalability
planning. Help develop and coordinate schedules for production processing and operational
maintenance. Ensure adherence to established change management policies and procedures, and
maintain accurate and up-to-date operations documentation.
Key Achievements:
Wrote more than 100 bash scripts and cron jobs to automate manual processes, eliminate
