      performance production Oracle Real Application Clusters running Red Hat Enterprise
      Linux for a 4.5TB database. Worked closely with enterprise Oracle database
      administrators to optimize these systems for high performance and load. Implemented
      two Oracle Exadata V2 systems and adapted them to HCI's unique environment.
      Implemented redundant Citrix NetScaler load balancers. Replaced over 84U of servers
      with 8U, using virtualization on Red Hat Linux hosts with KVM and QEMU. Proactive in
      hardware purchasing / estimation of needs and fulfilling immediate requests. Planned and
      successfully executed: VPN tunnels between multiple sites, off-site backup, the hardening
      of multiple firewalls, intrusion detection systems, tiered storage, system-wide Samba file
