Page.
Please don’t make changes to the signup page. The collection of the
data must be as follows. The upload tool that was developed to transfer
the data into our data base works using the format below. I have
checked it over 50 times from start to finish.
Text format must be separated with double colon delimiters and fill in
the positions listed below precisely.
