            Gluten Free Apple Bread
•   1 1/3 cup sorghum flour                Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
•   1/3 cup soya or whole bean flour       Grease and soya flour a large
•   1/3 cup cornstarch                        bread loaf pan.
•   1/2 cup granulated sugar               Combine dry ingredients in a large
•   2 teaspoons xanthum gum                   mixing bowl.
•   1 teaspoon gluten-free baking          In a small bowl, blend applesauce,
    powder                                    egg whites and vinegar.
•   1/2 teaspoon baking soda               Pour liquids into the flour mix and
•   1/4 teaspoon salt                         blend.
•   3/4 teaspoon cinnamon                  Pour batter into baking pan and
•   1 cup raisins                             bake for 55-60 minutes.
•   1 1/2 cup chunky applesauce            Cool and serve.
•   1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
•   2 egg whites, beaten
                                           Yield: 1 loaf.

         Gluten Free Banana Bread
• 1 full stick of butter, softened        Preheat oven to 325.
  to room temperature                     Grease and rice flour a 9-inch loaf pan.
• 3 to 4 large, ripe bananas              Blend butter and sugar in a large bowl
                                             until creamy.
  mashed                                  Add vanilla, eggs and bananas.
• 2 cups rice flour                       Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl;
• 1 cup granulated sugar                     add slowly to banana and butter
                                             mixture.
• 1 cup of chopped nuts,                  Add nuts, if desired.
  optional                                Blend batter until well mixed and then
• 2 large eggs                               turn into loaf pan.
• 2 teaspoons baking powder               Bake for 70-80 minutes or until edges are
                                             browned.
• 1 1/4 teaspoon gluten-free
  vanilla extract                         Yield: 1 loaf.

     Gluten Free Buttery Biscuits
• 2 cups gluten-free                Preheat oven to 400
  flour mix                           degrees.
• 1/2 cup salted butter,            Blend ingredients together
  softened                            until dough is pliable.
                                    Drop biscuits onto a cookie
• 2 1/2 teaspoons                     sheet by spoonful or roll
  baking powder, gluten               out and cut.
  free                              Bake for 10-12 minutes.
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1/2 cup milk                      Yield: 10 to 12.
