DATE CHANGES- if an event is re-scheduled then it will remain in the championship unless

\\192.168.0.101\GoFlex Home Personal\WBCC\RR 2012\Welsh Border Championship 2012.docx

Vehicle Eligibility - WBCC has appointed a series scrutineer who will act as a "judge of fact"

as to the compliance of vehicles with respect to the class entered. Contenders are advised

that the scrutineer may inspect at any time the eligibility of any vehicle; it is therefore the

responsibility of the contender that any vehicle sealed, as a result of checks, must present

that vehicle with seals intact. Any contender found to have a vehicle that is non-compliant

will forfeit points gained to that time. All costs incurred are the responsibility of the

contender.

Class Eligibility – If any contender is unsure about the correct class to enter, they should

contact the Championship Co-ordinator before completing the registration form. Any

contender found to have entered the incorrect class will forfeit points gained to that time. All

costs incurred are the responsibility of the contender.

8) Results

The final championship positions will be issued to registered contenders within 21 days of

the final results from the last event being received. Contenders will then have a period

of 14 days in which to query their scores. After this period has elapsed the results will be

deemed final and no further dialogue entered into.

In order to alleviate any problems at this time any bulletins, issued during the championship

year with results tables, will be deemed true and correct after a period of 21 days has

lapsed.

All bulletins will be numbered - it is your responsibility to check and retain any issued.
