FIREWOOD FOR ELDERS AND DISABLED
We will be assisting elders and disabled who require firewood for
wood stoves, wood furnaces or smoke houses in a different way
this year. In the past there has been some concern about the
quality of wood and delivery. This year, those who qualify can
arrange to purchase their own firewood from whomever they
choose and make their own arrangements for delivery. Tseshaht
will determine a fixed amount of funds that can be provided to
each qualifying elder and disabled. The amount will depend on
the number of individuals who apply and qualify; the budget will
be divided equally.
Please contact Jane Jones to apply for firewood assistance if
you meet the above qualifications.
DEADLINE TO APPLY IS SEPTEMBER 3, 2009.
